Refund policy

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we'll make it right - within reason and within the terms below.

Return Window

You can raise a return or exchange request within 7 days of delivery. Requests received after this window cannot be processed.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for size issues, subject to stock availability. If your requested size is unavailable, we'll process a refund instead.

Refunds

Refunds are issued in the following cases: manufacturing defects, damaged items received, or wrong item shipped. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error - a defect, damage, or wrong item - we cover reverse shipping. For all other returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return. Returns received without original tags or packaging will not be accepted. Items returned after the 7-day window will be sent back to the customer.

How to Raise a Request

To start a return or exchange, reach out to us through our Contact page within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item you'd like to return, and the reason. We respond to every message and will guide you through the next steps.
